Job Title: Project Manager - Structural Steel Fabrication
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Structural Steel Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years managing projects involving structural steel fabrication, from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities

Manage structural steel projects from pre-construction through completion

Coordinate with internal teams, fabricators, subcontractors, and clients

Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Interpret structural drawings and specifications

Oversee procurement, scheduling, and change management

Conduct site visits and project meetings as needed

Monitor safety compliance and reporting

Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication

Proven ability to lead multiple projects successfully

Strong understanding of steel detailing, fabrication, and erection processes

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam)

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
