Administrative Assistant (Part Time ) 
Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule:  Part time 25 - 35 hours a week
Pay Range: $28 - $30 per hour 
6 Month Contract to Hire 

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our leadership and project teams, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage scheduling and preparation for meetings and conferences.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls appropriately.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain Outlook travel calendars.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
• Maintain and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
• Track material costs used by project teams and generate monthly reports.
• Assist in updating emergency action plans and related communications.
• Create and update intranet articles and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support team events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
• Prepare project manuals, binders, and documentation packages.
• Assist with interview scheduling and onboarding of new hires.
• Respond to routine inquiries and provide organized solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred (entry-level candidates will be considered).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Experience with Microsoft Visio is a plus.
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate in a team environment.
