Job Description

Road Service Diesel Mechanic - Build Your Career on the Road with a Team That Values You Myles Truck Repair | Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available.

Available Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM.
  • Monday - Friday 12 PM - 8 PM.
  • Monday - Friday 2 PM - 10 PM.
  • Monday - Thursday 6 AM - 4 PM.
  • Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 6 PM.
  • Thursday - Sunday 6 AM - 4 PM.

Pay: $21.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to roadside calls and performing mobile repair services for heavy trucks and trailers.
  • Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, A/C systems, brake systems, electrical systems, emissions, and air systems in the field.
  • Performing mobile PM services and safety inspections as required.
  • Accurately completing work orders, service reports, and customer documentation.
  • Using company-provided specialty tools, diagnostic programs, and service truck equipment.
  • Maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism with every customer interaction.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years of diesel engine repair experience (Required).
  • 3+ years of general mechanical experience (Required).
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mobile service work.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varied environments.
  • Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills (English required).
  • Basic computer skills for work order and diagnostic software.
  • Own your own tools (required).
  • Factory-trained certifications preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Must be able to pass a MVR check.
