Job Description

Position – Production Line load/Unload

Job Location – Oconomowoc, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –1st Shift-6:30AM-5PM

Starting Pay – $17

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience

Responsibilities

1. Prep and hang parts to be painted
2. Assist in moving parts through the paint system
3. Unload and package completed parts for shipment
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area
5. Perform frequent standing, bending, lifting, and twisting
6. Lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
7. Complete simple paperwork for finished parts
8. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and take pride in workmanship
9. Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
10. Maintain flexibility to assist in other areas of the shop or warehouse during downtime

Qualifications

- 1 year hands-on experience

- Manufacturing experience a plus

- Able to work in an extremely Fast paced environment

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
