Based in Midland, TX | 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off | Company Truck + Per Diem + Housing Provided
Premium Oilfield Technologies is looking for experienced and motivated Top Drive Technicians to join our team in Midland, Texas ! If you live in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana , or surrounding states and have top drive experience – we want to hear from you!
Enjoy the flexibility of a rotational schedule with full support: assigned company truck, housing during your hitch, and daily per diem . Work hard two weeks, then enjoy two weeks off – all while building your career with a respected leader in the oilfield services industry.
Travel to rig sites across the region to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair top drive systems
Work hands-on with Canrig, Tesco, NOV equipment (experience with any of these is a big plus)
Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics and repairs
Provide excellent customer service and submit detailed service reports
Be available for after-hours service support during your 2-week hitch
Represent the Premium brand professionally in the field
Assigned company truck
Competitive pay + daily per diem
Company-provided housing during 2-week rotation
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule – plenty of time to rest or travel
Live anywhere nearby – no need to relocate if you're in Texas, NM, OK, LA, or nearby states
Steady work with a well-respected, growing company
3+ years of experience working with top drive systems
Familiarity with Canrig, Tesco, NOV , or similar
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
Must pass background check and drug screening
Comfortable working in oilfield environments and being on call during rotation
