Technical Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer is required to join an industry leader in Suwannee, GA.
The successful Technical Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer will come from a Fluid Control or Valve Company inside position and will need experience selling Valves and Fluid Handling products.

Technical Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer Responsibilities:
- Driven by a strong focus on customer service, with 2 to 5 years of proven success in inside sales or customer support within an industrial setting.
- Experience with valves, flow control, or related industrial products is highly preferred.
- Strong relationship-building abilities, with excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, with solid computer literacy.
- Skilled in maintaining frequent and professional communication with a wide distribution network via calls and emails.
- Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and attentiveness when addressing customer needs.
- Able to interpret technical specifications and clearly communicate them both internally and externally.
- Prioritizes accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Technical Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer Requirements:
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer literacy.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience with CRM and ERP/MRP systems is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and environments.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong documentation capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resides within 45 minutes of Suwannee, GA.
