We are seeking highly motivated Independent Delivery Partners (1099 Subcontractors) to manage and execute daily delivery routes for a major e-commerce client. Your Responsibilities as an Independent Partner

As a 1099 Subcontractor, you will be responsible for the professional and timely execution of your daily route.

• Morning Terminal Pick-up: Arrive at the Madison terminal at 8:00 AM sharp to efficiently load and manifest your route.
• High-Volume Delivery: Execute residential e-commerce deliveries, including handling packages up to 75 lbs .
• Customer Service Excellence: Represent our service with a professional, friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience on every stop.
• Real-Time Confirmation: Utilize your smartphone and our proprietary app to confirm all deliveries in real-time.

Requirements to Get Started

We are looking for established independent contractors who meet the following criteria:

1/ Age & Licensing:

Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

2/ Vehicle:

Must own or lease a reliable minivan, SUV, or Sprinter/Cargo Van with appropriate insurance, Your vehicle is your business asset.

3/ Technology:

Must own a smartphone with a reliable data plan for routing and delivery confirmation.

4/ Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle a physically demanding, fast-paced route.

5/ Commitment:

Must be dependable and committed to consistent work and following through on all commitments.

6/ Compliance:

Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Important Note on 1099 Status: As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, vehicle maintenance, fuel, and other business expenses. We seek partners who are ready to start their own business and understand the responsibilities of a 1099 role.
