Position: Remote eSports Coordinator / Virtual Training Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote eSports Coordinator / Virtual Training Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various virtual training programs and events, as well as providing support to our team of trainers and coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement virtual training programs for gamers of all levels

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, tournaments, and other events

- Communicate with trainers, coaches, and participants to ensure a smooth and successful training experience

- Maintain and update training materials and resources

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote our virtual training programs and events

- Monitor and track participant progress and provide feedback to trainers and coaches

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the eSports industry to continuously improve our virtual training offerings

- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement new training opportunities

Requirements:

- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in eSports Management, Sports Management, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the eSports industry

- Strong understanding of various eSports games and their competitive scenes

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Discord, and Twitch

- Passion for gaming and a desire to help others improve their skills

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
