Job Description

This will be a full remote role but someone in their 6 state footprint (MI, OH, IN, IL, WI, KY)

Submittal Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a project coordinator supporting project managers
  • Experience working with Vendors
  • Experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with ServiceNow strongly preferred

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role has 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Scheduling meetings, vendor coordination, documentation, updating project documents, communication and escalation of problems and risks. Creates schedules and updates project plans. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Required experience:

2 to 5 years of experience as a project coordinator supporting project managers and ideally demand planners.

Experience providing demand manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training.

Experience updating project plans.

Experienced in information collection and validations.

Proven experience preparing status reports and presentations.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.

ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred
