Job Description: The main duty as an ESL Teacher:

1. Design lesson plans and deliver daily English classes to primary school students.
2. Coordinate other team members to ensure the grade learning outcome are met.
3. Propose and / or organize course related activities, such as after-class activities and field-trips.

Requirements:

1. Good quality degree, or equivalent, in primary Education, major in English Language teaching is preferable;
2. Math study/teaching background will be prefer as well;
3. Proven success of teaching English at young age students;
4. An ability to forge good working relationships with staff and students.
5. Meet the requirement of getting a Chinese work visa, such as a clear background, BA degree, good health conditions...

Benefits:

1. Base Salary dependent on qualifications and experience 27, 000-30, 000 before tax monthly;
2. Housing allowance-7,000 RMB before tax monthly;
3. Contract completion bonus-5,000 RMB yearly before tax;
