Precision CNC Operator–Machinist
Step into a clean, supportive shop where curiosity is encouraged and craftsmanship is celebrated. We’re hiring a coachable, motivated machinist to run CNC equipment with training provided. If your roots are in manual machining and you’re ready to expand into CNC, you’ll feel right at home here.
Your Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:20 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – approximately 12:00–2:00 PM (depending on workload)
A Day in the Shop
- Operate CNC machines — we’ll provide training as needed.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions to understand part requirements.
- Use precision tools, including calipers and bore gauges , to measure critical features.
- Inspect parts to verify quality and accuracy throughout the run.
- Keep your work area clean and safe, following shop standards.
- Collaborate with teammates and take direction from leads/supervisors.
What You Bring
- Machining experience (manual or CNC).
- Accurate use of calipers and bore gauges .
- Comfort with basic shop math and measurement.
- Attention to detail in every step.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Bonus Points
- CNC machining experience (a plus, not a must).
- Background in production or job-shop settings.
- Familiarity with tolerances and part inspection practices.
