What You’ll Do:

  • Guide potential homebuyers through the sales process, from initial consultation to closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct home tours, showcasing our beautiful, high-quality new homes.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, video, and direct mail to nurture and convert prospects.
  • Network and prospect to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Participate in team business planning, goal setting, and sales training sessions.
