**FLEX Security Officer - $22+/hr - Greater Burlington, VT** We help make your world a safer place. Our Security Officers set the standard for integrity, vigilance, & helpfulness and help make your world a safer place. **What is a "FLEX Officer"?** The FLEX Officer is someone that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site. Our FLEX officers are split by their availability. We have "Day" FLEX, designated to working any **day** shift between the hours of 6 am and 11 pm. Our "Overnight" FLEX team covers all other shifts during the **overnight** hours, anywhere from 8 pm to 8 am. Our shifts are standardly **8-hour shifts** , with some being 4, 6, 10, or 12 hours. -Schedule: FLEXIBLE, changing week to week as needed at multiple sites (primarily 1st/2nd shift) - **$22.00/hr starting pay** - **FULL-TIME** -Hiring for ALL shifts (flexible availability is required) -No Security Experience Necessary -Growth Opportunity Available -Valid drivers license REQUIRED Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff. Requirements: -Strong customer service skills -Professional appearance and demeanor -Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting -Must have a GED or High School Diploma -Walking/standing for long periods -Flexible work availability -Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record -At least 18 years old -Flexibility to travel to and work at multiple client sites in the Burlington area -Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a VT Guard Card- we will assist you in applying for this after accepting an offer of employment!
