We’re looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join the Gina Myers Team at CrossCountry Mortgage, a high-energy, collaborative group that gets it done. On-site in Fairfax, VA, is preferred, but highly qualified candidates in the EST time zone may be considered for hybrid/remote. Responsibilities: • Review borrower credit, income, assets, and employment documentation • Assemble and prepare complete loan files for underwriting • Order, verify, and manage third-party docs (title, survey, flood cert, payoffs, etc.) • Ensure loan files are accurate, compliant, and ready for closing • Communicate with the Loan Officer, underwriters, clients, and vendors to keep files moving • Manage your pipeline and meet turn times with excellence • Support, train, and collaborate with teammates as needed Qualifications: • Be part of one of the fastest-growing mortgage teams in the DMV • Work with a leader and team who invest in growth, culture, and client service • Competitive pay + bonus eligibility ($31.25 – $40.86/hour range) • Full CrossCountry Mortgage benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness programs, and more) • A culture of accountability, collaboration, and encouragement About Company: At CrossCountry Mortgage and the Gina Myers Team, we recognize and value each team member's contributions, fostering both professional and personal growth.
