Join one of the top mortgage teams in the DMV! We’re looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join the Gina Myers Team at CrossCountry Mortgage, a high-energy, collaborative group that gets it done. On-site in Fairfax, VA, is preferred, but highly qualified candidates in the EST time zone may be considered for hybrid/remote. Responsibilities:
• Review borrower credit, income, assets, and employment documentation
• Assemble and prepare complete loan files for underwriting
• Order, verify, and manage third-party docs (title, survey, flood cert, payoffs, etc.)
• Ensure loan files are accurate, compliant, and ready for closing
• Communicate with the Loan Officer, underwriters, clients, and vendors to keep files moving
• Manage your pipeline and meet turn times with excellence
• Support, train, and collaborate with teammates as needed
