We are hiring a full-time, onsite Middle School Special Education Teacher for a Setting III Center-Based position in Oakdale, MN for the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Overview

• Role: Middle School Special Education Teacher
• Location: Oakdale, Minnesota
• Setting III Center-Based position
• Program specific to students who have severe communication disorders and/or Autism
• Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students
• Implement IEPs, accommodations, and specialized instruction
• Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based initiatives
• Support student growth with evidence-based practices and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Minnesota teaching license in a Special Education field (Tier 2-4)
• Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $45-65 / hour
• W-2 employment
