Position : Marketing Director

Work Hours (Client) : 4 hours overlap between 9am - 5pm EST | Mon - Fri

Type of Contract : Part-time, 20 hour work week, independent contractor

Pay Range : $1000 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Latin America

Work Location : REMOTE

The firm is based in Dalton, Georgia, is a full-service practice specializing in personal injury, family law, business law, estate planning, and mediation. With decades of combined experience, the firm prides itself on delivering personalized, client-centered service and treating every client with empathy and respect. As a bilingual firm (English & Spanish), the company is uniquely positioned to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking communities. The firm is now seeking to bring marketing in-house to expand its reach and better serve clients in these competitive practice areas.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Marketing Director/Manager to lead our firm’s marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies specifically for U.S. law firms, with a strong focus on brand building, client acquisition, and campaign performance.

 

This is a key leadership role, responsible for setting up and managing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our firm’s business goals, and driving measurable results.

 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the legal industry, focused on client acquisition and retention.
  • Plan, launch, and manage digital and offline campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting family law clients in the U.S.
  • Oversee SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, paid advertising, static ads, and social media strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others).
  • Improve and optimize the firm’s website to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Lead the creation of thought leadership content, newsletters, client alerts, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop targeted campaigns for Spanish/Latino-speaking communities in the U.S.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage vendor relationships, marketing budgets, and ensure ROI-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with firm leadership to align marketing with business objectives and refine messaging.
 

Minimum Requirements:

 

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (Spanish Fluency is preferred)

Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience: 3+ years of related experience 

Industry: US Law Firm (preferred)

 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Must have experience with the US market
  • Prior experience managing marketing for U.S. law firms or professional services firms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, email automation, analytics).
  • Experience with lead generation that can be converted to a client
  • Proven ability to design and execute successful client acquisition campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Familiarity with legal industry trends and compliance requirements in marketing.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and content development abilities.
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Apps, Google Apps, Clio
