Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, organized and dependable LMSW Therapist or LLMSW Therapist to join our virtual private practice. The ideal candidate will provide remote psychotherapy to their preferred population(s) which may include children, adolescents, adults, and/or seniors. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual therapy in a telehealth setting. We are seeking therapists who already have an established caseload. We offer a competitive 70/30 split for fully licensed individuals, and a 60/40 split for limited licensed individuals. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient needs, and evidence-based practices.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Manage case documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records; close notes within 48 hours.
• Offer telehealth services utilizing secure platforms; our practice utilizes Simple Practice.

Skills

• Knowledge of psychotherapy modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, DBT, or other modalities.
• Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems and DSM-5 for accurate diagnosis documentation.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $96.00 - $108.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
