CrestPoint Real Estate is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as a Showing Assistant. This is a rare opportunity to earn a guaranteed monthly income while also having the freedom to focus on building your own real estate business. This role is the perfect opportunity for both new and experienced agents. You’ll get hands-on mentorship, access to proven systems, leads, training, and competitive splits—all within a supportive team environment. Compensation- Base Salary + Upside Commission Earning Potential Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective buyers through property tours, representing a high-performing real estate team.
• Organize and manage efficient showing schedules to maximize client experience.
• Communicate feedback from clients and agents after showings.
• Assist with occasional open houses and property previews.
• Work closely with our team leader and agents to ensure seamless transactions.
• Build and maintain your own client relationships while contributing to the success of the team.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Indiana real estate license.
• Dependable transportation and flexibility to attend property showings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and colleagues.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, client-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed to support clients.
