**When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives.** **Job Description:** Join our team of Transplant Surgeons, Hepatologists, Nephrologists, Advanced Practitioners, and House Staff at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center! We're seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to co-manage kidney transplant and live donor kidney patients in our teaching facility. **What You'll Do:** Under the direction of an attending physician, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive preoperative, postoperative, and medical care in the outpatient setting, including: + Formulating and implementing diagnosis and treatment plans. + Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies. + Consulting on nephrology and transplant patients. + Prescribing and dispensing medications. + Providing educational counseling for patients and families. + Offering inpatient consult coverage as needed. **Who You Are:** We're looking for someone who is flexible, motivated, and collaborative.
