Item Picker - 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm and 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00PM- 3:30PM
• 2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

About the Role:

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Pickers . In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by fulfilling order requests and maintaining high-quality standards . Your attention to detail and ability to handle materials efficiently will help us meet our service goals and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

• Locate and gather items throughout the warehouse to fulfill order requests .
• Conduct inventory checks and inspect items for accuracy and quality before shipping .

Warehouse Support:

• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency with material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong reading comprehension and communication skills for accurate order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and maneuvering materials.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.

Additional Information:
