We are hiring an Injection Molding Technician to join a well-established plastics manufacturer in the Mukwonago area. This role focuses on machine set-ups, troubleshooting, and supporting production efficiency. Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11AM–7PM (split shift)
Pay: $23–28/hr (based on experience)
Full-time, long-term role with growth potential
Responsibilities include:
Perform mold changes, start-ups, and process set-ups
Troubleshoot common injection molding issues (short shots, flash, splay, warpage, etc.)
Work with a variety of resins and adjust processing parameters as needed
Assist with tooling maintenance and minor mold repairs
Document production and quality checks accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Previous injection molding experience required (hydraulic, electric, or hybrid machines)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with auxiliary equipment and automation preferred
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
Comfortable working a consistent 11AM–7PM weekday schedule
