Essential Job Responsibilities - Conduct sales presentations with current and potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities.
- Generate sales by building relationships with prospective clients and current owners.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns during their tour of the resort and purchase.
- Attend daily sales meetings and educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments in the industry.
- No cold calling! Leads are prequalified and provided by the Company.
Position Requirements - Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
- Must have an active in good standing Real Estate License or Timeshare Certificate based upon state requirements.
- Ability to deliver consistently high-quality presentations.
- Must be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable, and motivational demeanor at all times.
- Requires excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
- Must demonstrate professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form with a diverse group to negotiate win-win solutions.
- Must possess a dynamic and outgoing personality.
- Organizational and leadership skills are required, and a general professional appearance and attitude must be maintained.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
We provide sales training for our vacation products. Our sales representatives receive a
