As an HR Assistant, you will support the Human Resources Manager with administrative duties focused on employee support, time and attendance tracking, and recruitment coordination.

• $19.50 per hour
• Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible)

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative or HR-related experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience with Dayforce and Workday is a plus
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Track and manage employee attendance and leaves of absence
• Post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interview scheduling
• Assist in preparing offer letters and employment documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies
• Support payroll by collecting time-off and attendance data
• Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support HR policy updates
