Job Description

  1. Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  2. Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases.
  3. Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  4. Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll support tasks.
  5. Prepare HR letters, memos, and other official documents.
  6. Assist in organizing employee engagement and training programs.
  7. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  8. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  9. Help with HR reports and data management.
  10. Coordinate between employees and HR management for queries and documentation.
