Job Description: Senior Recruiter / Business Development:
The Senior Recruiter / Business Development is responsible for a number of important responsibilities for which she or he which will earn 18% of the net profit of either the recruitment or the job placement of 18% of the entire job placement which could equal 36% of the total.
As a Senior Recruiter / Business Development professional, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of TrHealthNetwork (TRHN). This position is responsible for candidate recruitment, client development, and successful fee-based job placements within the healthcare sector.
Essential Functions:
Essential functions are defined as duties that cannot be reassigned without undue hardship, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. These include:
- Recruit nursing and other qualified healthcare professionals who represent viable candidates for fee-based placements.
- Successfully place recruited candidates into fee-paying positions in accordance with agreed-upon placement terms and employer probationary periods.
- Develop, maintain, and expand a robust database of healthcare professionals and employer clients to support current and future placements within the TrHN system.
- Build and manage strong relationships with candidates and clients to support long-term recruiting and business development goals.
Non-Essential Functions:
- Assist with research initiatives and strategic growth projects.
- Support future market or territorial expansion efforts.
- Participate in general team responsibilities and miscellaneous tasks as needed to support organizational objectives.
Education & Experience:
- Business-related degree preferred (Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field).
- Prior experience in agency or corporate healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
- Previous business development experience within medical or clinical environments preferred.
- Experience recruiting physicians, nurses, and clinical specialists is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with healthcare roles, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and nursing specialties.
