Job Type: Blow Dry Stylist (Makeup Artist is a bonus!)
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour --> read below for transparent breakdown of pay:
$18/hourly pay $10-$12/hour in tips 20% Service commissions on add-ons, Keratin Complex, and Extension Installs 10% Retail Sales commissions Hours: 25-40 hours per week

- 1 opener 7am-12pm: Thursday, Saturday, Sunday (optional Friday)
- 1 opener 7am-12pm: Thursday, Friday, Sunday (optional Saturday)
- 1 closer 2pm-7pm: Thursday, Friday, Sunday (optional Saturday)
- 1 closer 2pm-7pm: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Must be able to work two of the following days: Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve

- We provide the tools, products, and training. You just show up and do beautiful hair (and makeup)!
- We specialise in blowouts, special occasion hair, extensions, Keratin Complex, makeup, and bridal.

Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable salon experience.
- Achieve sales goals through product recommendations based on guests' needs
- Achieve membership goals based on guests' budget and monthly blowout needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all work areas.
- Utilize salon software, (Booker), for scheduling and client management.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and hair care to offer informed recommendations.
You Must Have: - A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry, and making people feel great on the inside and out
- Love of sales, monthly goals, and winning prizes!
- 100% commitment to delivering world-class customer service
Nice-to-Have: - Salon experience is a plus, but not required
- Makeup artistry experience is a plus, but not required
- Keratin Treatment experience is a plus, but not required
- Tape-in, Weft, and K-Tip Extension experience is a plus, but not required
License/Certification: - Cosmetology License (Required)
