KDC GlowBall Gym Supervisor

Position Summary
The KDC GlowBall Gym Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily gym operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment, and supervising staff and programs. This role serves as a key on-site leader, enforcing facility rules, monitoring basketball courts and common areas, supporting staff scheduling and training, and acting as a liaison between staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure all courts, restrooms, VIP lounge, and kitchen areas are clean, safe, and operational.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and support gym staff; address performance and conduct issues.
• Monitor basketball courts and gym activities to ensure compliance with rules and safety standards.
• Handle member relations, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Enforce all GlowBall policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and respond to incidents or emergencies as needed.
• Train staff on emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and report equipment issues or hazards.
• Support and oversee programs, leagues, camps, and special events.
• Serve as a liaison between staff, members, and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Leadership experience with staff supervision responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification (required or ability to obtain).
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a gym, sports facility, or youth athletics environment preferred.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced athletic environment

This position is at-will and subject to GlowBall and KDC Global Management LLC policies. Employment may be contingent upon background checks and verification of required certifications.
