Nick & Sons Gourmet Market is a local favorite in Manhattan Beach, built on great food, great people, and real hospitality. We’re looking for a Store Manager who loves running a tight ship, connecting with guests, and having fun while doing it.

No two days are exactly the same, but responsibilities include:

• Keeping the store clean, organized, and running smoothly

• Restocking and organizing shelves

• Labeling products and making sure everything looks sharp

• Managing inventory and placing orders

• Processing invoices and vendor paperwork

• Leading by example and supporting the team

• Connecting with guests and creating a welcoming, guest-first experience

• 2+ years of experience in a grocery store or similar retail environment

• Someone who’s organized, dependable, and on time

• A natural people person who enjoys talking with guests

• High standards for cleanliness and presentation

• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

• Someone who knows how to work hard and have fun doing it
