Responsibilities:

• Installation Excellence : Install vinyl, wood, chain-link, and aluminum fences with precision, adhering to Superior Fence & Rail standards.
• Customer Interaction : Be courteous and professional, ensuring the installed fence matches the customer’s vision.
• Site Prep and Safety : Verify fence locations and ensure the work area is safe, avoiding utility line disruptions.
• Leadership : Lead your crew effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fence installer, specializing in residential projects.
• Ownership of all necessary tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to interpret job orders, lay out fence lines, and handle any on-site adjustments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
