Job Description:
Seeking an Epic PB Analyst to support ongoing builds, testing, and quarterly upgrades, particularly in orthodontics and specialty modules.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Execute Epic Professional Billing build tasks for new modules (e.g., orthodontics)
Perform functional and charge testing post-build
Support Epic quarterly upgrade cycles, including a triple go-live
Collaborate with claims analysts and internal stakeholders
Ensure successful charge capture and claim generation
Participate in meetings and address end-user inquiries
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
5 years of experience in Epic PB
Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification
Hands-on experience with Wisdom, Phoenix, or Kaleidoscope modules (Dental/Ortho, Transplant, Ophthalmology)
Ability to build and test in Epic PB
Go-live support experience
Strong communication, self-sufficiency, and customer service orientation
Nice-to-Haves:
Claims and Remittance certifications
Experience in large enterprise environments
