Insight Global is seeking a Home Health Epic Analyst to work remotely in the Kansas City, MO area. This person will be joining a team of 2 Analysts to provide end-user support for physicians and nurses, ensuring smooth operation of Epic systems for home health services. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, assisting with workflow optimization, and making system enhancements to improve user experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an Epic Analyst, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter. Strong critical thinking skills are essential for resolving complex issues and supporting clinical staff effectively. This position is a 6 month contract with the potential to be fulltime and looking to start ASAP.

Maintenance and enhancement through end user tickets
Customer service mindset
Bachelors degree
Dorthy Home Care and Comfort Hospice Clinical experience
Epic rover experience
