The Impact You'll Make
The Data Analyst Intern will assist with transforming customer complaints and warranty data into reports that helps on driving business decisions. We are seeking a candidate who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
Clean, transform, and analyze data files using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, Scripts, Macros, and advanced formulas
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track customer complaints, and quality performance indicators
Research, develop, and explore hidden patterns through analysis of large data sets
Develop algorithms and predictive models, validate models and measure performance
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing line & field failures, increasing customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, and Engineering
Microsoft Power Automate and Office Suite skill
Proficient in Power BI for visual storytelling and KPIs
Strong skills in Excel for data modeling and transformation
Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
Experience with machine learning tools (e.g., Python, R, or ML platforms)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large datasets and databases
Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
