Austin, TX

$80,000–$100,000 Base + Bonus

A long-established, privately owned roofing contractor is expanding its commercial operation in Austin and hiring a Commercial Roofing Estimator. The company offers growth and job stability with many current team members with 10-20 years with the company. 

This role is for someone who understands scope, specs, and risk — not just pushing numbers out the door.

What you’ll estimate

• Commercial roofing projects ($2M–$10M+)
• Public + private work
• High-rise buildings and schools
• Spec-driven, Tier-1 jobs
• Systems include TPO, metal, wall cladding

How the team works

• Privately owned (not PE-backed)
• Estimators work closely with PMs + operations
• Procore and Excel
• Accuracy > bid volume

What they’re looking for

• Commercial roofing estimating experience
• Clear communication with PMs and manufacturers
• Team-first mindset

What’s offered
