Exceptional Roofing, LLC is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Commercial Roofer to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for skilled professionals specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of TPO, EPDM, and PVC membrane systems. Located within our dynamic field operations unit, this role focuses on delivering high-quality roofing solutions to our commercial clients. Position Highlights:

• Status: Full-Time

• Location: This is not a remote job; field presence is essential.

• Travel: This role requires long-distance travel and occasional overnight stays.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, weld, and seal TPO, PVC, and EPDM membrane roofing systems, and install metal roofing components according to precise specifications.
• Perform tear-offs and preparation tasks on existing roof structures as needed for new installations or repairs.
• Efficaciously diagnose sources of leaks on commercial roofing systems and generate detailed reports and plans for repairs.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized roofing equipment, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
• Maintain immaculate and organized working environments on job sites and within company facilities.
• Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company-specific safety guidelines to ensure a safe workspace.
• Assist in the handling and management of materials, equipment loading and unloading, along with inventory oversight.
• Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep of company property, including work areas and vehicles, ensuring all assets are in top condition.
• Ensure that company vehicles are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained, ready for operational use at any time.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessitated by project demands and critical deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial flat roofing, specifically with TPO and PVC installations and repairs.
• Demonstrable skills in leak detection, diagnosis, and the development of effective and efficient repair strategies.
• Profound knowledge of and experience with the tools, materials, and techniques used in commercial roofing.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities outdoors under various weather conditions and at elevated heights.
• Exemplary work ethic and demonstrated reliability, with the ability to work effectively within a team structure.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred, with the ability to travel as needed to various local job sites.
• Aptitude for working extended hours to complete projects in line with organizational needs and client expectations.
