SMV Recruiting is looking for a CNC Machinist for our manufacturing client in Syracuse, NY. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment including 3-axis vertical and horizontal Matsuura Machines, Haas, Bridgeport machines, Fanuc machines and utilizing tools such as Yasnac, calipers, micrometers and gauges, etc. This is a direct hire role with excellent benefits, competitive pay and an excellent company culture!
Responsibilities:Requirements:
5-10+ years CNC Milling experience is highly preferred
Experience working with Matsurra, Haas and Bridgeport machines is highly preferred
Ability to use precision measuring devices/tools is required
Must be mechanically and mathematically inclined
Ability to read blueprints/drawings as needed
