Job Description
- Localize brand positioning and adapt Chinese brand marketing campaigns and content to the local market.
- Manage the entire new store marketing cycle, including pre-opening: social media and community engagement; opening period: promotional events (KOLs and limited-time offers); post-opening: monthly themes and event operations.
- Manage digital traffic conversion, manage social media accounts, produce and plan content, deliver targeted advertising (TikTok, etc.), and monitor data to optimize promotional strategies.
- Integrate local resources, expand the network of poster suppliers, KOLs, and media outlets, coordinate in-store promotional material production, and promote media resources.
- Manage public opinion and risk, quickly respond to negative reviews, and prevent cultural conflicts.
- Be proficient in both Chinese and Spanish. This brand is a Chinese chain brand that specializes in fresh ice cream and tea drinks.
