Seeking a talented Bar Prep individual to join our growing team!

What we are offering:

• $20 Hourly wage, starting

• A close look at and education in the foundations of bartending

  • Approximately 20-hour work week

  • Juicing and garnishing

  • Maintaining par levels

  • Batching

  • Organizing and maintaining the bar walk-in

  • Adhering to DOH standards

  • Any additional tasks associated with this position

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of basic bar components and tools
• Basic knowledge of spirits
• Basic knowledge of preparing and producing garnishes for drinks
• Ability to read and modify recipes to scale
• Ability to work at a fast past while maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
• Ability to carry heavy weight
• Open to taking direction while work closely alongside team members
• Strong communication skills to relay needs of establishment to management to complete tasks
