Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Assistant Technical Designer:
#1. Must have at least 2 years experience pattern making, fit and technical design in wovens and knits
#2. Experience working within a brand environment and translating its essence into technical design elements is a key requirement.
#3. Hands-on experience in technical design, pattern making, fit technology, and specification.
#4. Expert knowledge of pattern making, grading, and garment construction for woven and knit apparel.
#5. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM systems, and technical sketching.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Technical Designer:
Work with the Technical Design Manager and internal teams to develop design solutions through the construction phase.
