What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience
? High School Diploma or GED ? Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturingCommunication Skills
? Strong verbal and written communication ? Ability to clearly communicate with Department Supervisors and production line employeesTechnical Skills
? Proficient in computer use and accurate data entry ? General math skills ? Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, flowcharts, and build plans ? Skilled in using hand tools (wrenches, pliers, utility knives, etc.) and power tools (electric screwdrivers, pneumatic riveters, etc.) ?
