Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties - Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and meeting notes
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and expense tracking
- Order office supplies and manage inventory as needed
- Support internal teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
