Competitive hourly pay Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits (available after 30 days) Paid time off Friendly and inclusive work environment Key Responsibilities: Assist the Activity Director in implementing engaging activities, including arts, crafts, exercise, spiritual, music, games, & life skills Provide hands-on personal care (ADL assistance) to members when needed, including feeding, toileting, ambulation and transfers Foster a positive and interactive environment by engaging with members and their families Set up and clean activity areas to ensure a safe and organized space. Assist members with activities and encourage participation Redirect behaviors as needed to promote a supportive atmosphere, promote member independence in a positive manner Monitor and document any changes in client behavior or health, reporting to the RN Administrator. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with young adult disabled individuals Must be dependable with reliable transportation and/or a valid driver’s license CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with outgoing personality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Clean background check and drug test Physically able to assist members with personal care tasks (toileting, ambulation, feeding, etc) Apply Today!
